Service businesses lose customers in the gap between an enquiry and a reply. A clinic, a salon, a workshop or a consultancy that answers the phone late or replies to a message the next morning has already lost the booking to whoever answered first. The AI tools built to close that gap arrived in a flood, almost all of them named with an English word and the letters AI. Nobody can tell them apart. Clevdex was built against that market.

The work began with category positioning for a crowded AI market and a name and brand identity built to stand apart from the generic pattern. It continued into the product: an AI service desk that handles customer enquiries in natural language, booking and appointment automation with calendar and video-call integrations, a customer dashboard, and cloud infrastructure designed and managed by TheFaceCraft. A WordPress plugin lets a business deploy it on an existing website without rebuilding anything. The go-to-market strategy, pricing architecture and launch materials came from the same team that wrote the positioning, which is the point: the brand promise and the product were designed together, so neither has to apologise for the other.
